University Planning & Statistics provides a range of current year and historical Pivot Tables which provide users with access to Admissions, Enrolments, Equity, Staff, Load and Student Outcomes (Average marks, Grade Distribution, GPA, SPU, Retention, Completions, GDS and CEQ) data for reporting and analysis purposes.
A Pivot Table is an interactive table that automatically extracts, organizes, and summarizes your data. You can use this report to analyze the data, make comparisons, detect patterns and relationships, and discover trends. A PivotTable report can help you see the "big picture"
by summarizing and analyzing your data. It allows you to : rearrange the layout, view a subset of the data and show the details you require.

4) Pivot Table reporting exercises.
Using the Pivot Tables, users are able to replicate and further analyse any of the reports on the University Statistics website. A practical hands-on series of exercises to demonstrate the creation of key Admissions, Enrolment and Load reports.
Faculty/Departmental group bookings welcome.
